研究目的：

硬膜穿刺后头痛（PDPH）是脊髓麻醉常见的并发症，与硬脊膜穿刺脑脊液（CSF）外漏压力下降和/或脑血管扩张有关有关。本文对PDPH的发生、临床表现和病程的临床及亚临床危险因素进行研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Postdural puncture headache (PDPH), a well-known complication of SA, is related to decreased cerebrospinal ?uid (CSF) pressure due to CSF leakage through a dural puncture and/or vasodilatation of cerebral vessels in response to decreased CSF pressure.In this work an assessment was made of the clinical and paraclinical risk factors for the occurrence, clinical phenotype and clinical course of PDPH.

纳入标准：

美国麻醉学会I-II分类；计划在椎管内麻醉下进行择期手术

Inclusion criteria

with American Society of Anesthesiology classification of I-II;scheduled for elective surgery under intrathecal anesthesia

排除标准：

有慢性头痛或偏头痛病史；有椎管内麻醉禁忌；受试者拒绝

Exclusion criteria：

with a history of chronic headaches or migraines, with contraindications to intrathecal,refusal of subjects
