研究目的：

本项目研究围绕“体质可分”及“体病相关”的科学内涵和转化应用，基于前瞻性大样本临床研究，借助现代科学实验技术，建立九种体质表型数据库，依靠现代生物信息学方法，阐释“体质可分”的生物学基础；构建痰湿体质、过敏体质、湿热体质等易发相关疾病的预测模型并评价其可信度，探索体质与疾病相关的生物学机制，揭示“体病相关”的规律和科学内涵。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct the phenomics database of the TCM constitution; To develop and assess the prediction models of constitution-related diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）健康人群； （2）符合中医体质判定标准的单纯偏颇体质者或平和体质者； （3）年龄为18周岁以上，男女不限； （4）知晓并理解本研究的内容，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Healthy people; (2) People with the simple biased constitution or balanced constitution following the standard for Classification and Determination of Constitution in traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Aged above 18 years old, male or female; (4) Know and understand the content of this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）处于哺乳期、妊娠期的妇女； （2）近1个月有手术史或严重创伤史； （3）量表判断属于亚健康人群； （4）首次健康体检发现或疑似循环、消化、泌尿、血液等内科或外科重大疾病或处于慢性疾病活动期或精神心理疾病； （5）询问病史、查体时发现患有或疑似功能性胃肠疾病、精神心理疾病； （6）从事长期处于有害物暴露环境的工作； （7）从事长期夜班的工作或长期昼夜节律颠倒； （8）正在参加其他临床试验； （9）研究人员认为的不宜参加该研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; (2) Surgical experience or history of severe trauma in the last one month; (3) Sub-healthy people judged by the scale; (4) Diagnosed or suspected with circulatory, respiratory, digestive, urological, hematological, endocrine, and other major medical and surgical diseases, or in the active stage of chronic diseases or mental and psychological diseases; (5) Functional gastrointestinal diseases and psychosomatic diseases are found or suspected by inquiring medical history and physical examination; (6) Engaged in work in an environment exposed to harmful substances for a long period; (7) Engaged in work with long-term night shifts or long-term reversal of circadian rhythm; (8) Participating in other clinical trials; (9) Other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for participation in the study.
