研究目的：

验证亲水润滑涂层导尿管是否能够降低胃癌患者术后尿道损伤风险，改善患者拔管后排尿困难等症状，减轻术后不适感，促进康复。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify whether hydrophilic lubricating coated catheter can reduce the risk of postoperative urethral injury in patients with gastric cancer, improve symptoms such as dysuria after extubation, reduce postoperative discomfort, and promote recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①≥18周岁；②知情同意并签署知情同意书；③ASA评分为Ⅰ～Ⅲ级；④TMN分期为Ⅰ～Ⅲ肿瘤，无远处转移及膀胱浸润；⑤全身麻醉。

Inclusion criteria

①Aged 18 years or older; ②Informed consent given and informed consent form signed; ③ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) score of I to III; ④TNM (Tumor, Node, Metastasis) staging of I to III, with no distant metastasis or bladder infiltration; ⑤Under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

①合并泌尿系统肿瘤、泌尿系统先天畸形、严重的良性前列腺增生症、慢性泌尿系统感染、肾衰竭、高压性肾病、尿道狭窄、尿路结石、尿路感染病史，IPSS≥8分；②术前间歇性或连续使用留置尿管；③长期服用肾毒性药物或口服利尿剂；④术中泌尿系统损伤或同时行膀胱、前列腺切除；⑤硬膜外麻醉；⑥术后出现严重并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

①Concomitant urological tumors, congenital urological malformations, severe benign prostatic hyperplasia, chronic urinary system infections, renal failure, hypertensive nephropathy, urethral stricture, urinary tract stones, history of urinary tract infections, IPSS (International Prostate Symptom Score) ≥ 8 points; ②Preoperative intermittent or continuous use of indwelling urinary catheters; ③Long-term use of nephrotoxic drugs or oral diuretics; ④Intraoperative urinary system injury or concurrent bladder or prostatectomy; ⑤Epidural anesthesia; ⑥Severe complications occurring postoperatively.

本研究为随机对照试验。将采用随机数字表法通过分层随机分组方法将患者分为男女比例为1：1的两组，每组90例。观察组将采用一次性亲水润滑涂层导尿管，对照组将采用一次性普通导尿管。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study was a randomized controlled trial. Patients will be divided into two groups with a 1:1 male to female ratio, 90 cases in each group, by stratified randomization using a random number table method. The observation group will use a disposable hydrophilic lubrication coated catheter, and the control group will use a disposable ordinary catheter.
