研究目的：

针对鼻畸形（ND）矫正术围手术期的患者，制定基于快速康复外科（ERAS）理念的Kolcaba舒适护理（KCT-ERAS）模式的具体干预措施，并验证其有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop specific interventions of the Kolcaba Comfort Care (KCT-ERAS) model based on the philosophy of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery (ERAS) for patients in the perioperative period of nasal deformity (ND) correction and to validate its effectiveness and safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18周岁-60周岁患者； 2.符合美国头颈外科学会发布的鼻畸形手术改善鼻腔形态及功能临床实践指南中对鼻畸形伴鼻中隔偏曲疾病的定义患者； 3.对研究知情，自愿参与研究，签署知情同意书； 4.无凝血功能障碍； 5.可正常交流沟通，无精神障碍；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-60 years old; 2. Patients who meet the definition of nasal deformity accompanied by Nasal septum deviation disease in the clinical practice guide for nasal deformity surgery to improve nasal cavity morphology and function issued by the American Society of Head and Neck Surgery; 3. Be informed of the research, voluntarily participate in the research, and sign an informed consent form; 4. No coagulation dysfunction; 5. Able to communicate normally and have no mental disorders;

排除标准：

1.既往鼻畸形手术史者； 2.伴有高血压等全身性系统疾病者； 3.伴有精神障碍、认知障碍者； 4.妊娠期或者哺乳期女性； 5.高龄患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of previous nasal deformities surgery; 2. Patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension; 3. Individuals with mental or cognitive impairments; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Elderly patients.
