研究目的：

1.基于eNECTM风险评估工具构建新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎全程护理管理模式。 2.将构建的全程护理管理模式应用于我院新生儿科病房，旨在降低确诊NEC（Ⅱb期）和晚期NEC（Ⅲa、Ⅲb期）的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a total care management model for neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis based on the eNECTM risk assessment tool. 2. The constructed full care management model was applied to the neonatal ward of our hospital with the aim of reducing the incidence of confirmed NEC (stage IIb) and late NEC (stage IIIa and IIIb).

纳入标准：

新生儿纳入标准：①入院48小时后的新生儿； 新生儿照护者纳入标准：①知情同意，且自愿参加本研究；②主要照护者具有良好的沟通交流能力及理解能力；③主要照护者无精神障碍,能够配合本次研究顺利开展。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for newborns: ① Newborns 48 hours after admission; Neonatal caregiver inclusion criteria: ① informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; ② primary caregiver has good communication skills and understanding; ③ primary caregiver has no mental disorder and can cooperate with the smooth conduct of this study.

排除标准：

新生儿排除标准：①先天性消化道畸形者，包括先天性巨结肠、肠闭锁、肠旋转不良等；②入院诊断为NEC（包括疑似NEC）者。 新生儿照护者排除标准：①主要照护者不统一。

Exclusion criteria：

Neonatal exclusion criteria: (i) those with congenital gastrointestinal anomalies, including congenital megacolon, intestinal atresia and poor bowel rotation; (ii) those with an admission diagnosis of NEC (including suspected NEC). Neonatal caregiver exclusion criteria: ① Primary caregivers are not uniform.
