观察膀胱癌肿瘤组织局部间质比例与临床病理特征及预后的关系  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the relationship between tumor local stroma ratio and clinicopathological features and prognosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受TURBT或RC手术； 2.术后病理结果确诊为膀胱癌的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Receive TURBT or RC surgery; 2. Patients diagnosed with bladder cancer by pathological results after surgery;

排除标准：

1. 病理组织切片无法获得； 2. 病理组织学诊断为非尿路上皮源性膀胱癌,如鱗癌、腺癌、小细胞癌； 3. 病检结果显示尿路上皮癌伴鱗状细胞分化、腺样分化及其他类型肿瘤者 4. 继发性膀胱恶性肿瘤患者 5. 膀胱癌诊断时同时并发其他部位肿瘤者。 6. 首诊同时并发其他严重影响患者生存的疾病,如严重的心脑血管疾病精神性疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathological tissue sections cannot be obtained; 2. Histopathological diagnosis of non-urothelial bladder cancer, such as squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, small cell carcinoma; 3. Pathological examination results show urothelial carcinoma with squamous cell differentiation, glandular differentiation and other types of tumors 4. Patients with secondary bladder cancer 5. Bladder cancer diagnosed with tumors in other parts at the same time. 6. The first diagnosis is accompanied by other diseases that seriously affect the patient's survival, such as serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental diseases.
