研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨老年骨科手术患者术后POD的发生率及潜在的危险因子,并基于这些危险因素去构建相应的风险分层评分以便于更好地预测POD。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the incidence and potential risk factors of postoperative POD in elderly orthopaedic surgery patients, and to construct a risk stratification score based on these risk factors to better predict POD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA2-3级； 2.年龄≥60岁；3.腰硬联合麻醉或全身麻醉下进行膝或髋关节置换术。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA grade 2-3; 2. Age more than 60 years; 3. Patients undergoing knee or hip arthroplasty under combined lumbar and rigid anaesthesia or general anaesthesia

排除标准：

1. 术前有精神，神经及神经退行性疾病、严重认知障碍（MMSE评分小于15分); 2. 术前有视觉，听觉，交流障碍; 3. 术前有凝血，感染其他区域麻醉禁忌; 4. 有严重影响PALB和FIB水平的疾病。（如肝功能障碍、血液病）; 5. 数据不完整

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative psychiatric neurological and neurodegenerative disorders severe cognitive impairment MMSE score less than 15; 2. Preoperative visual, auditory, and communication impairments; 3.Preoperative coagulation, infection other regional anaesthesia contraindications; 4. Have a medical condition that severely affects PALB and FIB levels. (e.g. liver dysfunction, haematological disorders) 5.Incomplete data
