回顾性观察局部脑氧饱和度监测下患儿行胸腔镜手术时不同侧单肺通气麻醉对于术后并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective Retrospective observation of the effect of different side single lung ventilation anesthesia on postoperative complications in children undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under local cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring.

纳入标准：

入选标准：回顾性分析2022年1月-2022年12月在首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院接受局部脑氧饱和度监测完成单肺通气下胸腔镜手术患儿，所有信息记录在HIS系统里。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A Retrospective Capital University of Medical Sciences of patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery with one-lung ventilation and underwent regional cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring at the Beijing Children's Hospital affiliated to the Central Government from January 2022 to December 2022, all information is recorded in HIS system.

排除标准：

排除标准：脑部疾病患儿，严重循环呼吸系统疾病，ASAⅡ级以上，中转开胸，信息记录不全。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: children with brain disease, severe circulatory and respiratory system disease, ASAII grade or above, intermediate thoracotomy, incomplete information recording.
