观察比较瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼在肝射频消融术中的麻醉效果和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and compare the anesthetic effect and safety of remazolam and propofol combined with remifentanil in liver radiofrequency ablation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA分级1-3级，年龄30-60岁，体重指数（BMI）<30kg m-2， 在川北医学院附属医院择期行肝癌超声引导下经皮射频消融术的患者60例。

Inclusion criteria

ASA grades 1-3, age 30-60 years, body mass index (BMI) <30kg m-2, 60 patients undergoing ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation for liver cancer in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College.

排除标准：

有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、中枢神经系统疾病等病史的患者，心肺功能差的患者，有使用丙泊酚或瑞马唑仑使用禁忌的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, central nervous system diseases, patients with poor cardiopulmonary function, and patients with contraindications in the use of propofol or remazolam.
