研究目的：

1. 主要目的：利用包含2D PC、4D Flow MRI、CMR的多模态磁共振影像技术评价sAAA患者局部血流动力学参数及形态学指标，探究运动处方对于sAAA患者瘤体改变的影响； 2. 次要目的：探究运动处方对于sAAA患者能否改善患者心肺活力、运动能力、衰弱状态、生活质量等方面。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Objective: To evaluate the local hemodynamic parameters and morphological indexes of sAAA patients by using multi-modal magnetic resonance imaging technology including 2D PC, 4D Flow MRI and CMR, and to explore the influence of exercise prescription on the tumor changes of sAAA patients; 2. Secondary purpose: To explore whether exercise prescription can improve the cardiopulmonary vitality, exercise ability, weakness and quality of life of sAAA patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

诊断为腹主动脉瘤，且瘤体最大直径小于 5.5cm 的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed as abdominal aortic aneurysm with the largest diameter less than 5.5 cm.

排除标准：

1.MRI 检查禁忌症（幽闭恐惧症、体内存在心脏起搏器、胰岛素泵、人工耳蜗等）； 2.合并严重心功能不全（NYHA IV 级）； 3.合并持续性房颤等难以控制的心律不齐； 4.拒绝参加此项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications for 1.MRI examination (claustrophobia, pacemaker, insulin pump, cochlear implant, etc.); 2. Complicated with severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA IV grade); 3. Complicated with uncontrollable arrhythmia such as persistent atrial fibrillation; 4. Refuse to participate in this project.
