研究目的：

本试验为探索麻醉诱导前使用地塞米松联合术中通过喉罩胃管插入口置入胃管并间断吸引，对于降低全麻患者术后恶心呕吐发生率及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of dexamethasone before anesthesia induction combined with gastric tube insertion through laryngeal mask and intermittent suction on reducing the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级； 2.年龄18-65岁； 3.体重指数在18.5-30.0kg/m2

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA Grade I-II; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3. Body mass index of 18.5-30.0kg/m2

排除标准：

1.张口受限（小于两横指）； 2. 咽喉部畸形等其他病理改变； 3.有潜在呼吸道梗阻（如气管受压、软化、咽喉部肿物、脓肿、血肿或存在感染）； 4.饱食，腹内压过高，有呕吐反流误吸高风险，习惯性呕吐发作史； 5.过度肥胖（BMI>30 kg/m2）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Limited mouth opening (less than two fingers); 2. Throat malformation and other pathological changes; 3. Potential respiratory obstruction (e.g. trachea compression, softening, throat mass, abscess, hematoma, or infection); 4. Full eating, high intra-abdominal pressure, high risk of aspiration of vomiting reflux, history of habitual vomiting; 5. Obesity. (BMI>30 kg/m2)
