研究目的：

（1）观察围术期应用艾司氯胺酮对控制性低中心静脉压肝部分切除术患者术后认知功能的影响。 （2）观察术中应用艾司氯胺酮对控制性低中心静脉压肝部分切除术患者术中血流动力学的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To observe the effect of perioperative application of esketamine on the postoperative cognitive function of patients undergoing controlled low central venous pressure partial hepatectomy. (2) To observe the effect of intraoperative application of esketamine on the intraoperative hemodynamics of patients undergoing controlled low central venous pressure partial hepatic resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期腹腔镜肝部分切除术；年龄≥18岁；ASA（美国麻醉医师协会）分级Ⅱ、Ⅲ。

Inclusion criteria

Scheduled laparoscopic partial hepatic resection; Age≥ 18; ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) II, III.

排除标准：

心功能3级以上、Child-Pugh C级以上、手术时间＜2h或＞6h、中枢神经系统疾病、视力或听力异常无法交流沟通者、术后转入ICU、参与其他研究项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

NYHA ≥ 3, Child-Pugh ≥C, operation time < 2h or > 6h, central nervous system diseases, vision or hearing abnormalities that cannot communicate, Admitted to ICU after surgery, participation in another research.
