研究目的：

根据统计学分析结果筛选出脓毒症的独立危险因素，再运用二元Logistic回归分析构建基于智能决策系统的早期预测模型。然后，再通过临床数据对预测模型的效能进行前瞻性验证，为脓毒症的早期诊断、预后评估提供精准化诊治策略，提供相应的方法学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the results of statistical analysis, independent risk factors for sepsis were selected, and a binary logistic regression analysis was used to construct an early prediction model based on intelligent decision-making systems. Then, the effectiveness of the predictive model is prospectively validated through clinical data, providing precise diagnosis and treatment strategies for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of sepsis, and corresponding methodological basis.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18周岁； （2）SOFA评分≥2分； （3）临床资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 18 years old (2) SOFA score ≥ 2 points (3) Complete clinical data

排除标准：

（1）临床资料不完整； （2）近3个月内发生过严重烧伤、创伤、及重大手术外伤史； （3）合并有肿瘤、类癌综合征以及定期行放疗、化疗患者； （4）合并免疫系统基础疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Incomplete clinical data (2) A history of severe burns, trauma, and major surgical trauma within the past 3 months (3) Patients with concomitant tumors, carcinoid syndromes, and regular radiotherapy and chemotherapy (4) Merge basic diseases of the immune system.
