研究目的：

1.调查北京市心房颤动患者中医康复需求与意愿现状，分析相关影响因素； 2.初步构建适合心房颤动患者的中医综合康复模式； 3.应用中医综合康复模式对心房颤动患者进行干预，评价应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the current situation of the needs and willingness of TCM rehabilitation in patients with atrial fibrillation in Beijing, and analyze the related influencing factors; 2. Initially construct a comprehensive TCM rehabilitation model suitable for patients with atrial fibrillation; 3. To apply comprehensive rehabilitation mode of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to patients with atrial fibrillation, and evaluate the application effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）40岁≤年龄≤80岁，性别不限； （2）符合房颤诊断标准的非瓣膜性房颤； （3）意识清楚，愿意进行中医综合康复治疗，能配合此次研究； （4）研究参与者知情，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 40 years old ≤ age ≤80 years old, regardless of gender; (2) non-valvular AF meeting the diagnostic criteria for AF; (3) clear awareness, willing to carry out comprehensive TCM rehabilitation treatment, and able to cooperate with this study; (4) Informed consent was obtained from all participants.(1)40≤≤80,;

排除标准：

（1）合并有精神疾患而无法合作或不能配合治疗； （2）恶性心律失常、急性左心衰、急性心肌梗死等急危重症； （3）研究者认为不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) comorbid mental disorders that prevent cooperation or treatment; (2) malignant arrhythmia, acute left heart failure, acute myocardial infarction and other critical diseases; (3) other conditions considered by the investigators to be unsuitable for inclusion.

本研究募集2024年9月至2025年至8月期间于北京小汤山医院门诊及住院就诊的符合心房颤动患者25例，所有受试者均签署知情同意书，并符合诊断标准、纳入标准、排除标准，剔除标准。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Twenty-five patients with atrial fibrillation in Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital from September 2024 to August 2025 were enrolled in this study. All subjects signed the informed consent, and met the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria, and exclusion criteria.
