评估G8量表在预测老年消化系统肿瘤患者手术及辅助化疗安全性中的价值，为指导我国老年肿瘤患者治疗时机的选择提供精准的判别工具。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the G8 scale in predicting the safety of surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy in elderly patients with digestive system tumors and to provide an accurate discriminatory tool to guide the selection of treatment timing for elderly cancer patients in China

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄≥ 65岁 ② 接受手术治疗的病例 ③ 病理证实为结直肠癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、壶腹周围癌等消化系统恶性肿瘤 ④ 临床资料完整

Inclusion criteria

① Age greater than 65 years ② Cases treated with surgery ③ Malignant tumors of the digestive system, such as colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, periampullary cancer, and so on ④ The clinical data are complete

排除标准：

① 未行根治性手术的病例 ② 无法评估化疗不良反应的病例 ③ 拒绝参加研究的病例

Exclusion criteria：

① Cases without radical surgery ② Cases in which adverse effects of chemotherapy could not be assessed ③ Cases of refusal to participate in the study
