研究目的：

探究术中音乐疗法是否能够减轻腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者的炎症反应  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether intraoperative music therapy can reduce inflammatory response in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、重庆医科大学附属第一医院18-80岁 2、ASA分级I-Ⅲ级 3、择期行全身麻醉机械通气的患者 4、首次接受大型腹腔镜手术患者（结肠癌根治术、直肠癌根治术）

Inclusion criteria

1. The first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University is 18-80 years old. 2. ASA grade I-III. 3. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia and mechanical ventilation. 4. Patients who underwent large laparoscopic surgery for the first time (radical resection of colon cancer, radical resection of rectal cancer)

排除标准：

1、急诊手术 2、听力障碍或听力功能受损患者 3、心肺功能障碍 4、中转开腹 5、精神疾病或长期服用精神类药物患者 6、患者拒绝参与实验或无法签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency operation. 2. Patients with hearing impairment or hearing impairment. 3. Cardiopulmonary dysfunction. 4. Transfer to laparotomy. 5. Patients with mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs. 6. The patient refuses to participate in the experiment or cannot sign the informed consent form.
