研究目的：

1.探索术前超声测量股四头肌厚度及回声强度对老年胃肠手术患者术后谵妄的预测价值； 2.探索术前超声测量股四头肌厚度及回声强度对老年胃肠手术患者术后谵妄严重程度的预测价值； 3.通过CAM-ICU量表对老年胃肠手术患者进行术后谵妄评估，观察该类患者术后谵妄发生率； 4.分析老年胃肠手术患者发生术后谵妄的危险因素，进行危险分层用于指导老年患者围手术期抗谵妄干预措施的实施。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the predictive value of preoperative ultrasound measurement of quadriceps muscle thickness and echo intensity in postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery; 2. To explore the predictive value of preoperative ultrasound measurement of quadriceps muscle thickness and echo intensity in the severity of postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Postoperative delirium assessment was performed on elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery through the CAM-ICU scale, and the incidence of postoperative delirium in such patients was observed; 4. To analyze the risk factors for postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery, and risk stratification was carried out to guide the implementation of perioperative anti-delirium interventions in elderly patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁的老年患者，性别不限； 2.接受全身麻醉下胃肠手术； 3.能提供书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged ≥65 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Be able to provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.术前谵妄； 2.肢体截肢、截瘫或影响肌肉的疾病； 3.患者术后7天内死亡或失访； 4.皮肤破损、溃烂、局部感染、重度肥胖等不适宜进行超声检查者； 5.无法合作（重度耳聋、完全失明、失语等）； 6.正在参加其他临床试验； 7.病人不愿意遵守协议或程序。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative delirium; 2. Limb amputation, paraplegia or diseases affecting muscles; 3. The patient dies or loses to follow-up within 7 days after surgery; 4. Skin damage, ulceration, local infection, severe obesity and other unsuitable ultrasound examination; 5. Inability to cooperate (severe deafness, complete blindness, aphasia, etc.); 6. Participating in other clinical trials; 7. The patient is unwilling to comply with the protocol or procedure.
