研究目的：

（1）了解 COPD 高危人群内隐健康观、健康心理控制源及健康信念现状 （2）分析 COPD 高危人群内隐健康观、健康心理控制源及健康信念相关性 （3）探索 COPD 高危人群内隐健康观对健康信念的影响路径  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To understand the current status of implicit health views, sources of psychological control and health beliefs of people at high risk of COPD. (2) To analyse the correlation between implicit health beliefs, sources of psychological control and health beliefs among people at risk of COPD. (3) To explore the influence of implicit health beliefs on health beliefs of people at risk of COPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：年龄≥40 岁；及满足以下任一条件者①自报有慢性咳嗽、慢性咳痰、呼吸困难等任一慢性呼吸道症状；②自报有慢性支气管炎、肺气肿等任一慢性呼吸系统疾病史；③有现在或既往吸烟、职业有害因素暴露、儿童时期严重呼吸系统感染、室内使用污染燃料等任一危险因素暴露；④有慢性呼吸系统疾病家族史。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age ≥40 years; and those who met any of the following conditions: (1) self-reported chronic respiratory symptoms such as chronic cough, chronic sputum, dyspnea, etc.; (2) self-reported history of chronic respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema, etc.; (3) current or past exposure to smoking, occupational exposure, serious respiratory infections in childhood, and indoor use of polluted fuels, etc.; (4) family history of chronic respiratory diseases.

排除标准：

排除标准：①COPD 患者；②有精神疾病及意识障碍者或严重的心、肝、肾脏疾病患者。③家属或者本人拒绝参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① COPD patients; ② patients with mental illness and consciousness disorder or patients with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases. ③Those whose family members or themselves refuse to participate in the study.
