研究目的：

对比分析牙槽嵴保存后3个月或6个月行种植修复的临床效果；评价两种异种骨移植材料用于牙槽嵴保存中的成骨效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparative analysis of the clinical effects of implant repair at 3 or 6 months after alveolar ridge preservation;Evaluate the osteogenic effect of two xenograft materials for alveolar ridge preservation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≧19年；(2)3型或4型拔牙窝形态(1个或多个窝壁硬组织损失≧3mm)；(3)不存在妨碍外科手术或影响伤口愈合的系统性疾病；(4)健康或稳定的牙周状态。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Age≧19 years); (2)type 3 or 4 extraction socket morphology (≧3mm of hard tissue loss in 1 or more socket walls); (3)no systemic disease contraindicating surgical procedures or compromising wound healing; (4)healthy or stable periodontal status.

排除标准：

（1）吸烟者 (≧每天10支香烟)；(2)怀孕或哺乳期；(3)未经控制或未经治疗的牙周病；(4)提供知情同意书后患者不能理解实验目的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Current smoker (≧10 cigarettes per day); (2)pregnancy or lactation; (3)uncontrolled or untreated periodontal disease; (4)inability to understand the trial purpose and provide informed consent.

使用excel表格创建随机数字表，符合纳入标准的患者按招募时间顺序入组，将患者进行随机分为4组。
