研究目的：

1.通过对比PHN患者与健康受试者，构建PHN以默认网络为中心的疾病特异性脑网络；2. 通过对比针刺组与假针刺组PHN患者的脑功能活动变化情况，探索针刺治疗PHN的中枢调控机制；3. 通过对PHN患者针刺前后的影像学数据与临床效应指标之间的相关性进行分析，研究针刺治疗PHN发挥的整体调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The current study aims to: (1) construct a disease-specific brain network with PHN centered on the DMN by comparing PHN patients with healthy subjects; (2) explore the central regulatory mechanism of PHN treated by acupuncture by comparing the changes of brain functional activities in PHN patients between the acupuncture group and the sham acupuncture group; (3) investigate the overall regulatory effect of acupuncture on PHN by analyzing the correlation between imaging data and clinical effect indicator before and after acupuncture.

纳入标准：

1.符合上述诊断标准； 2.年龄18~75岁，性别不限； 3.基线期患者疼痛程度为中度疼痛（VAS评分3~7分）； 4.皮损及疼痛部位位于腰背或胸腹部； 5.患者本人或由其直系亲属代签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria. 2. Men or women aged 18-75 years old. 3. Moderate pain degree at baseline (3-7 scored by VAS). 4. Lesions and pain are located in the waist or chest and abdomen. 5. Provision of written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.发生于头面部及四肢的 PHN，以及某些特殊类型带状疱疹后遗症如脑、眼角膜或结膜、耳部受累者、播散性带状疱疹、内脏性带状疱疹； 2.合并严重原发疾病，如心脑血管疾病、造血系统疾病、恶性肿瘤等； 3.局部皮肤有水疱感染或溃疡者； 4.合并精神疾病、感染、出血及过敏体质者； 5.孕妇、哺乳期妇女及准备妊娠者； 6.有磁共振扫描禁忌症者（体内有各种金属植入物或患有幽闭恐惧症）； 7.近3个月内参加过类似研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. PHN occured in the head, face and limbs, and certain specific types of herpes zoster sequelae, such as disseminated zoster, visceral zoster. 2. Any combination of serious primary diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders, hematopoietic system diseases, malignant tumor, etc. 3. Presence of local skin blister infection or ulcer. 4. Presence of psychiatric disease, infection, bleeding disorders or allergic constitution. 5. Pregnancy, lactation, or preparing pregnant within 6 months. 6. Nuclear magnetic contraindications, such as claustrophobia and metal implants. 7. Participation in a similar study in the last 3 months.

盲法：

由于针灸手法的特殊性，在针灸治疗过程中很难盲针灸师。为了尽量减少主观影响，患者、评估人员和统计人员将不知道治疗分配。不同小组的参与者将被隔离在小隔间内，以限制交流。

Blinding：

Owing to the particularity of acupuncture manipulation, it is difficult to blind the acupuncturists during the treatment process. However, in order to minimize the subjective influence, the patients, the assessors and statisticians will be blinded to treatment allocation. Participants in different groups will be isolated in cubicles to limit communication.
