研究目的：

1.明确II型固有淋巴细胞(ILC2s)在超重和肥胖人外周血中的数量以及功能。 2.明确iNOS在超重和肥胖人外周血单个核细胞中的表达以及在ILC2中的表达，为临床治疗探寻新的治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine the number and function of type II intrinsic lymphocytes (ILC2s) in peripheral blood of overweight and obese patients. 2. The expression of iNOS in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of overweight and obese people and in ILC2 were clarified to explore a new therapeutic target for clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18-59岁。 2.BMI分组： (1) 18.5＜BMI＜25标准； (2) 25≤BMI≤30超重； (3) 30＜BMI肥胖； (4) BMI≤18.5偏瘦。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-59 years. 2. BMI Grouping: (1) 18.5 < BMI < 25 standard; (2) 25<=BMI<=30 overweight; (3) 30 < BMI obesity; (4) BMI<=18.5 is thin.
