研究目的：

研究centurion超声乳化仪主控液流系统对低角膜内皮细胞计数的白内障患者手术效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

During cataract phacoemulsification surgery, the Alcon Centurion? active fluid system can achieve a more stable anterior chamber, which allows a lower intraocular pressure (IOP) setting than the gravity fluid system. In this randomized controlled trial, we compared these two systems’ damage to the cornea under different IOP settings.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄在60-85岁之间的老年性白内障患者 2) 500个/mm2<角膜内皮数<1500个/mm2 3) 晶状体浑浊度分级系统(Lens Opacities Classification System, version III, LOCS III ) 中的晶状体核分级为2～3 级 4) 准备植入Alcon AcrySof人工晶体

Inclusion criteria

- age related cataract patients aged between 60-85 years old - 500 count/mm2

排除标准：

1）1个月以内存在内眼手术 2）角膜水肿 3）前房深度<2.0mm 4）术前散瞳后瞳孔直径<6mm 5) 合并某些眼部疾病，包括但不限于：黄斑病变、视网膜脱离、葡萄膜炎、青光眼、中央角膜混浊、眼内植入物（如ICL、硅油） 6）系统性结缔组织病 7）无法完成全部随访

Exclusion criteria：

- History of eye surgery within 1 month - Corneal edema - Preoperative shallow anterior chamber (ACD<2.0mm) - Intraoperative dilated pupil size <6mm - Preexisting ocular pathology, such as macular disease, RD,uveitis, glaucoma, iridodialysis, central corneal opacity, and ocular implantations such as implantable collamer lens (ICL) or silicon oil - Systemic connective tissue disease, Rheumatism, rheumatoid - Unable or unwilling to attend follow-up visits
