研究目的：

本研究拟将具有“帐篷钉”样结构和功能的愈合基台应用于种植体植入伴同期引导性骨再生的牙槽骨水平吸收患者，通过前瞻性随机对照研究探讨该愈合基台对牙槽骨水平骨增量效果的促进作用。  

Objectives of Study：

A healing abutment with tenting structure and function will be used in patients with dental implant placement and simultaneous guided bone regeneration. The promoting effect of this healing abutment on lateral bone augmentation will be evaluated by a prospective randomized controlled studies

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄 18 岁或以上
(2) 牙槽嵴顶宽度不足
(3) 牙槽骨高度正常
(4) 健康的口腔黏膜，至少3毫米的角化黏膜

Inclusion criteria

(1) age 18 years or older
(2) insufficient width at the top of the alveolar ridge for implant placement
(3) sufficient bone height at the recipient site for implant placement
(4) healthy oral mucosa, at least 3 mm of keratinized mucosa

排除标准：

(1) 口腔牙槽外科常规手术治疗的一般禁忌症
(2) 免疫抑制剂、皮质类固醇或双膦酸盐治疗
(3) 口腔炎症和/或自身免疫性疾病
(4) 近五年内有恶性肿瘤、放疗或化疗史
(5) 吸烟者
(6) 未控制的糖尿病
(7) 怀孕
(8) 对植入材料过敏

Exclusion criteria：

(1) general contraindications for dental and/or surgical treatments
(2) immunosuppressant, corticosteroid, or bisphosphonate therapy
(3) inflammatory and/or autoimmune disease of the oral cavity
(4) history of malignancy, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy for malignancy within the past five years
(5) smokers
(6) uncontrolled diabetes
(7) pregnancy
(8) allergies to implant materials
