研究目的：

肝细胞癌(HCC)肝切除术后早期复发率高极大影响了患者的预后。本研究的目的是建立预测极早期(1年)复发风险的预后模型并进行综合验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Early high recurrence rate after hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) significantly impacts patient prognosis. The aim of this study is to establish a prognostic model for predicting the risk of early (1-year) recurrence and to conduct comprehensive validation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)术前未进行抗癌治疗; 2)无其他已知恶性肿瘤的; 3)数据完备; 4)肝功能Child-Pugh A或B7(评分≤7)，肝脏三维重建计算残肝容量充足; 5) 18岁≤年龄<85岁; 6)无肝外转移。

Inclusion criteria

1) No preoperative anticancer treatment; 2) No other known malignancies; 3) Complete data; 4) Liver function Child-Pugh A or B7 (score ≤7), sufficient residual liver volume calculated by liver three-dimensional reconstruction; 5) 18 years ≤ age <85 years; 6) No extrahepatic metastasis.

排除标准：

1）资料不完全者； 2）术后30天内死亡的患者； 3）不能耐受手术者； 4）共存在其他类型肿瘤者。 5）拒绝签署知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Incomplete data; 2) Patients who died within 30 days after surgery; 3) Patients who are unable to tolerate surgery; 4)Patients with concomitant other types of tumors; 5) Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
