Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical and molecular risk factors for the development of adenovirus pneumonia into bronchiolitis obliterans (BO) in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

根据2019年版《儿童社区获得性肺炎诊疗规范》的诊断标准；
收集南京儿童医院呼吸科病房2019-2020年明确腺病毒感染的支气管肺炎患儿200名；
年龄在0岁至14岁之间（含0、14岁）；
患儿家长依从性较好，有条件随访，能配合有关检查及治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the diagnostic criteria of the 2019 edition of the code for the diagnosis and treatment of children's community-acquired pneumonia;
2. A total of 200 children with bronchopneumonia with adenovirus infection identified in the respiratory ward of nanjing children's hospital in 2019-2020 were collected.
3. Age between 0 and 14 years old (including 0 and 14 years old);
4. The compliance of the parents of the children is good, there is a conditional follow-up, can cooperate with the relevant examination and treatment.

排除心肝肾及其他器官及系统疾病；
