阐明艾司氯胺酮对老年胃肠道肿瘤患者术后认知功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Elucidate the effect of esketamine on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with gastrointestinal cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 拟行胃肠道肿瘤手术患者；(2) 年龄≥60岁；(3) 美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级II-III级；(4) 患者及其家属同意并签署麻醉知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Scheduled for gastrointestinal cancer surgery; (2)Age≥60 years; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status ‖–III; (4)The patient and their family members agree and sign an informed consent form for anesthesia.

排除标准：

(1)合并精神疾患无法配合；(2)严重肝肾功能障碍、严重视听障碍；(3)严重高血压、颅内占位及颅内高压；(4)青光眼及甲状腺功能亢进症； (5)合并痴呆等认知功能障碍疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Comorbid psychiatric disorders unable to cooperate; (2) Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, severe visual and auditory impairment; (3) Severe hypertension, intracranial space occupation and intracranial hypertension; (4) Glaucoma and hyperthyroidism; and (5) Comorbid cognitive dysfunction disorders such as dementia.
