Objectives of Study：

To compare the recovery of lung function and lung volume after different surgical methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①2021 年 12 月 01 日至 2023 年 01 月 31 日期间，于山东省立医院行标准肺叶切除或标准肺段切除手术治疗的肺部肿瘤并术后顺利出院者。 ②病理证实的肺部良性肿瘤、ⅠA 期非小细胞肺癌者。 ③术前3个月内及术后6-12个月于山东省立医院行胸部CT检查者。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients with lung tumors who underwent standard lobectomy or standard segmental resection surgery at Shandong Provincial Hospital from December 1, 2021 to January 31, 2023, and were successfully discharged after surgery. ②Pathologically confirmed benign lung tumors and stage IA non-small cell lung cancer. ③Patients who underwent chest CT examination at Shandong Provincial Hospital within 3 months before surgery and 6-12 months after surgery.

排除标准：

①术后病理明确为小细胞肺癌或ⅠA期以后的非小细胞肺癌者。 ②有过 2 次及以上肺部手术史者。 ③术后未按时复查胸部CT者。 ④术后半年内出现胸腔积液、支气管胸膜瘘、肺不张等影响正常生活的并发症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with postoperative pathology confirmed as small cell lung cancer or non-small cell lung cancer after stage IA. ②Have a history of two or more lung surgeries. ③Those who fail to undergo chest CT examination on time after surgery. ④Patients who experience complications such as pleural effusion, bronchopleural fistula, and atelectasis that affect normal life within six months after surgery.
