研究目的：

主要研究目的： 通过监测相关不良事件来评价“维生素C+精氨酸+硫酸镁”在晚期肺癌患者中应用的安全性观察 次要研究目的： 以总生存期（OS）、评估疗效、生存质量来评价“维生素C+精氨酸+硫酸镁”在晚期肺癌患者中应用的有效性观察  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main research objectives: to evaluate the safety of vitamin C + arginine + magnesium sulfate in patients with advanced lung cancer by monitoring related adverse events. 2. Secondary research objectives: to evaluate the efficacy of vitamin C + arginine + magnesium sulfate in patients with advanced lung cancer by overall survival (OS), efficacy and quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入组患者基本要求： 1. 经病理学或细胞学确诊为肺癌； 2. 参照IASLC国际肺癌第八版TNM分期为IV期； 3. 经多线治疗失败（三线及以上）； 4. 年龄18～80岁，性别不限； 5. 经2名副高及以上职称医生评估患者的预计生存期不超过3个月；

Inclusion criteria

Basic requirements for enrolled patients: 1. Lung cancer was diagnosed by pathology or cytology 2. According to the eighth edition of IASLC, the TNM staging of lung cancer is IV stage 3. Failure of multi-line therapy (third line or above) 4. The age is 18-80 years old, regardless of sex 5. The estimated survival time of the patients is no more than 3 months as assessed by 2 doctors with professional titles of deputy high school or above.

排除标准：

排除标准（符合下列条件中任何一条标准，则须排除出本研究）： 1. 伴有精神或认知障碍行为疾病； 2. 肾功能不全或有基础肾脏相关疾病； 3. 肝功能不全或有基础肝脏相关疾病； 4. 对维生素C、精氨酸和硫酸镁过敏； 5. 合并以下疾病：高镁血症、半胱氨酸尿症、痛风、高草酸盐尿症、尿酸盐性肾结石、酸中毒、糖尿病、血色病、铁粒幼性贫血、地中海贫血、镰形红细胞贫血、心肌损害、心脏传导阻滞、肺水肿、无尿； 6. 孕期及哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria 1. Behavioral disorders with mental or cognitive impairment 2. Renal insufficiency or underlying kidney-related diseases 3. Liver insufficiency or underlying liver-related diseases 4. Allergic to vitamin C, arginine and magnesium sulfate 5. Complicated with the following diseases: hypermagnesemia, cysteinuria, gout, hyperoxaluria, uric acid nephrolithiasis, acidosis, diabetes, hemochromatosis, sideroblastic anemia, thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, myocardial damage, heart block, pulmonary edema, anuria 6. Pregnant and lactating women
