观察慢性肾脏病患者在接受透析治疗前后心脏超声、肺超声和下腔静脉超声指标变化情况  

Objectives of Study：

Observation of changes in cardiac ultrasound, lung ultrasound and inferior vena cava ultrasound indicators in patients with chronic kidney disease before and after receiving dialysis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对慢性肾脏病且临床符合透析治疗的患者，进行心脏超声、肺超声和下腔静脉超声的测量，在透析后再次进行以上超声指标的测量。观察超声指标的变化差异。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Ultrasound measurements of the cardiac ultrasound, lung ultrasound and inferior vena cava were performed on patients with chronic kidney disease stage 5 and clinically eligible for dialysis treatment. Measure the above ultrasound indicators again after dialysis. Measure the above ultrasound indicators again after dialysis. Observe the differences in changes in ultrasound indicators. 

纳入标准：

1）符合“慢性肾脏病预后质量指南（K/DOQI）”标准的慢性肾脏病5期（终末期）患者； 2）年龄≥18岁； 3）长期透析患者，本次因肌酐增高、需要透析治疗而再次入院； 4）对病情及治疗方案均知情同意，签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1) Chronic kidney disease stage 5 (end stage) patients who meet the criteria of the "Guidelines of Kidney Disease Outcome Quality Initiative(K/DOQI)"; 2) Age ≥ 18 years old; 3) A long-term dialysis patient was re admitted due to elevated creatinine and the need for dialysis treatment; 4) Informed consent to both the condition and treatment plan, signing the Kidney Disease Outcome.

排除标准：

1）先天性器质性心脏病、血管畸形等； 2）胸腔、纵隔或肺部恶性肿瘤； 3）慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化病变、膈肌功能障碍； 4）输尿管或膀胱尿路梗阻、占位等肾后性少尿因素； 5）既往接受过肾切除或肾移植手术； 6）拒绝接受床旁超声检查，或超声图像质量差； 7) 研究者判断患者依从性差，无法按照要求完成研究； 8）正在参与其他干预性研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Congenital organic heart disease, vascular malformations, etc; 2) Malignant tumors in the chest, mediastinum, or lungs; 3) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, diaphragmatic dysfunction; 4) Postrenal oliguria factors such as ureteral or bladder urinary tract obstruction and space occupation; 5) Previously underwent nephrectomy or kidney transplant surgery; 6) Refusing to accept bedside ultrasound examination or poor ultrasound image quality; 7) Researchers have determined that patients have poor compliance and are unable to complete the study as required; 8) Participating in other intervention studies.

①本研究为观察性研究，超声检查由同一名超声医师进行，对患者分组、治疗过程均不知情，仅在超声检查时机进行超声操作。 ②肾内科医师进行常规诊治，对心肺超声和下腔静脉超声检查结果不知情。 ③负责记录患者生命体征、实验室检查等指标的医师对治疗措施和超声检查结果均不知情。

Blinding：

① This study is an observational study. Ultrasound examination was conducted by the same ultrasound physician, and the patient grouping and treatment process were not informed. Ultrasound procedures were only performed at the time of the ultrasound examination. ② Nephrologists perform routine diagnosis and treatment without knowledge of the ultrasound results. ③ The physician responsible for recording the patient's vital signs, laboratory tests, and other indicators is unaware of the treatment measures and ultrasound examination results.
