研究目的：

（1）编制中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病的症状群评估量表，构建患者的症状群，以为更好的症状管理奠定基础。 （2）观察中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病患者的症状群及生活质量情况，以实施预见性干预，以改善患者的症状负担，提高生活质量。 （3）探索症状群的影响因素，为医护人员从症状群管理角度出发提高患者生活质量提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To develop a symptom cluster assessment scale for central nervous system demyelinating diseases to construct symptom clusters for patients. (2) To observe the symptom clusters and quality of life of patients with central nervous system demyelinating diseases. (3) To explore the influencing factors of symptom clusters to provide a theoretical basis for healthcare professionals to improve patients' quality of life from the perspective of symptom cluster management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据《多发性硬化诊断和治疗中国专家共识（2018版）》制定的诊断标准，诊断为MS的患者或根据《中国视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病诊断与治疗指南（2021版）》制定的诊断标准，诊断为视神经脊髓炎的患者； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.小学及以上文化程度； 4.患者意识清楚，理解并自愿配合调查。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis or optic neuromyelitis optica; 2. Age ≥ 18 years old; 3. elementary school or above literacy level; 4. patients were conscious, understood and voluntarily cooperated with the investigation.

排除标准：

1.合并严重疾病或骨关节病； 2.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 3.合并其他疾病正处于急性期者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined serious diseases or osteoarthrosis; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Combination of other diseases in the acute stage
