研究目的：

1、基于烹饪油（脂肪酸组成不同，重点是亚油酸、ɑ-亚麻酸含量及比例不同）对乳母的饮食干预，明确膳食烹调用油对成熟母乳的脂肪酸及甘油三酯组成的影响，及母乳脂肪酸谱发生变化的大致干预时间。 2、探讨乳母食用烹调油干预是否影响婴儿身体及神经心理发育；并结合母亲膳食调查和 FADS1/FADS2 基因型分析（基因分别编码 delta-5-和 delta-6-去饱和酶，这两种酶催化 n-3 和 n-6 脂质生物合成途径的关键步骤），解析母亲哺乳期膳食脂肪酸摄入及基因型对母乳脂肪酸及婴儿生长发育的交互作用； 3、分析干预组和对照组婴儿肠道菌群差异，探讨肠道菌群是否介导母乳脂肪酸对婴儿生长发育的影响。 通过项目研究，以期一定程度上回答中外（或不同区域）乳母脂肪酸谱及甘油三酯组分差异的原因，阐明上述差异潜在影响；并为开发更为适合母婴长期健康效应的膳食油脂提供一定的科学支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the dietary intervention of cooking oil(different fatty acid composition, with a focus on the content and proportion of linoleic acid and ɑ-linolenic acid)on lactating mothers, the effects of cooking oil on fatty acid and triglyceride composition of mature breast milk and the approximate intervention time of fatty acid spectrum change in breast milk were determined. 2. To investigate whether the intervention of cooking oil by lactating mothers affects the physical and neuropsychological development of infants. Combined with maternal dietary surveys and FADS1/FADS2 genotype analysis (genes encoding delta-5- and delta-6-desaturases, respectively, which are key steps in catalyzing n-3 and n-6 lipid biosynthesis pathways), analyze the interaction between maternal feeding fatty acid intake and genotype on breast milk fatty acids and infant growth and development. 3. To analyze the difference of Infant gut microbiota between the intervention group and the control group, and explore whether the gut microbiota mediates the effect of breast milk fatty acids on infant growth and development. Through the project study, we aim to answer the reasons for the differences in fatty acid profiles and triglyceride components of lactating mothers in China and abroad (or in different regions) to a certain extent, and clarify the potential impact of these differences. It also provides scientific support for the development of dietary oils more suitable for long-term health effects of mothers and infants.

纳入标准：

1、年龄20-45岁； 2、单胎妊娠； 3、足月顺产，婴儿健康

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 20-45 years old; 2.Single pregnancy; 3.Full term natural birth, healthy baby

排除标准：

1、患有妊娠合并症如妊娠期糖尿病，子痫前期等； 2、患有便秘或腹泻等胃肠道症状者； 3、合并其他慢性疾病如慢性肝炎、甲亢、肾脏疾病等； 4、患有1型或者2型糖尿病者； 5、既往3个月内服用抗生素及糖皮质激素； 6、肢体残疾不能正常活动者； 7、智力或精神障碍者； 8、因特殊疾病例如母亲罹患各型急性肝炎或活动期肺结核或使用特殊药物无法进行母乳喂养者； 9、无母乳喂养意愿者； 10、特殊膳食者（比如素食）。 其中婴儿排除标准：先天性畸形如先天性心脏病、胆道闭锁等疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, etc. 2.Individuals with gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation or diarrhea; 3.Combined with other chronic diseases such as chronic hepatitis, hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, etc. 4.Individuals with type 1 or type 2 diabetes; 5.Taking antibiotics and glucocorticoids within the past 3 months; 6.Individuals with physical disability who cannot move normally; 7.Individuals with intellectual or mental disabilities; 8.Individuals who are unable to breastfeed because of specific illnesses, such as acute hepatitis or active pulmonary tuberculosis in the mother, or the use of specific drugs; 9.Thosewho have no intention of breastfeeding; 10.Individuals with special diets (such as vegetarians). Exclusion criteria for infants: congenital malformations such as congenital heart disease, biliary atresia, and other diseases.
