研究目的：

通过前瞻性、单中心连续入组观察性研究，对术前无房颤病史的患者进行7天连续动态心电图监测和心率变异性测量，明确自主神经是如何诱发房颤的。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a prospective, single center continuous observational study,to explore how autonomic nerves induce atrial fibrillation by 7-day continuous ambulatory electrocardiogram monitor and heart rate variability measurement in patients without a history of atrial fibrillation before surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄：18≤年龄≤ 80 岁；
2）术前无房颤病史；
3）行常规心脏外科手术治疗
4）EF>40%；
5）首次行心脏手术病人；
6）依从性好，能够配合完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: 18 ≤ Age ≤ 80 years old;
2) No preoperative history of atrial fibrillation;
3) Perform routine cardiac surgery
4）EF>40%
5) Patients undergoing cardiac surgery for the first time;
6) Good compliance, able to cooperate in completing follow-up.

排除标准：

1）年龄>80岁的成年患者
2）房颤病史
3）急诊手术
4）射血分数<40%
5）既往心脏手术病史
6）先天性心脏病
7）肝肾功能损害（检测结果超出正常值上限的3 倍）
8）需要放疗、化疗或长期激素治疗的疾病
9）甲状腺功能亢进控制不佳
10）参与另一项临床试验
11）拒绝入组

Exclusion criteria：

1) Adult patients aged>80 years
2) History of atrial fibrillation
3) Emergency surgery
4) Ejection fraction<40%
5) Previous history of cardiac surgery
6) Congenital heart disease
7) Impairment of liver and kidney function (detection result exceeds 3 times the upper limit of normal value)
8) Diseases requiring radiation, chemotherapy, or long-term hormone treatment
9) Poor control of hyperthyroidism
10) Participation in another clinical trial
11) Refusal to participate in research
