研究目的：

①评价补肾益髓埋线法治疗POI的临床疗效。②形成一份以完整原始数据为基础的研究总结报告，为补肾益髓埋线法规范且广泛应用于临床提供循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

① Evaluate the clinical efficacy of tonifying kidney and benefiting marrow acupoint catgut-embeddingin treating POI of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. ②Develop a research summary report based on complete raw data, providing evidence-based medical basis for the standardized and widespread application of tonifying kidney and benefiting marrow acupoint catgut-embedding in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合POI西医诊断标准的患者。 ②符合POI中医诊断标准的患者。 ③患者知情同意，自愿入组研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of POI Western medicine. ② Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of POI in traditional Chinese medicine. ③ Patients have informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study.

排除标准：

①存在先天性生理缺陷或者畸形、生殖器官器质性病变以及染色体异常。 ②甲状腺功能异常、高泌乳素血症、子宫内膜异位症、先天性肾上腺皮质增生。 ③合并有心、肝、肾、脑、血液系统等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者。 ④对所用药物过敏患者。 ⑤正在服用糖皮质激素、口服避孕药等激素药物患者。 ⑥正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① There are congenital physiological defects or deformities, organic lesions of the reproductive organs, and chromosomal abnormalities. ② Abnormal thyroid function, hyperprolactinemia, endometriosis, congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia. ③ Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, brain, and blood system, as well as mental illness, are combined. ④ Patients who are allergic to the medication used. ⑤ Patients who are taking hormone medications such as glucocorticoids and oral contraceptives. ⑥ Patients participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
