研究目的：

（1）建立并优化“刘氏骨伤疗法”中刘氏正骨手法联合导引功法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的关键技术规范方案； （2）验证关键技术规范方案临床应用的安全有效性，为临床决策提供证据支持； （3）推广腰椎间盘突出症推拿手法联合导引功法的特色诊疗模式，提高无锡地区腰椎间盘突出症中医非手术疗法诊治水平。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To establish and optimize the key technical specifications for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by Liu's manual therapy of "Liu's Osteopathy" combined with traditional Chinese exercises; (2) To validate the safety and effectiveness of the key technical specifications for clinical application, and to provide evidence support for the clinical decision-making; (3) To promote the characteristic diagnostic and therapeutic modes of the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by combining massage manipulation with guided gong method, and to increase the level of non-surgical Chinese medicine treatments of the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in Wuxi area.

纳入标准：

1: 年龄≥18 周岁且≤65 周岁，性别不限 2: 符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准 3: 病程≥3 个月 4: VAS 评分＞3且≤7 5: 自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

1: Age ≥18 years and ≤65 years, regardless of gender 2: Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation 3: Duration of disease ≥3 months 4: VAS score >3mm and ≤7 5: Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1: 既往严重脊柱创伤史 2: 影像学 所见有脊柱骨质肿瘤、结核、骨质疏松等患者 3: 有严重神经功能缺损，如马尾神经损伤 4: 合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系统等严重疾病或精神病患者 5: 有其他自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病和急、慢性感染者 6: 近 3 个月内参加其他临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1: History of previous severe spinal trauma 2: Imaging Patients seen with spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, etc. 3: Serious neurological deficits, such as cauda equina injury. 4: Combined cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or psychiatric patients 5: Patients with other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute or chronic infections. 6: Participating in other clinical trials within the last 3 months.
