研究目的：

探讨双胎合并妊娠期高血压疾病整个孕期胎儿 MCA 和 UA 频谱多普勒变化情况，并分析其与妊娠结局的关系，为临床诊疗提供参考，更好地改善母儿状况。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the changes of MCA and UA spectrum Doppler in twins complicated with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy, and analyze the relationship between MCA and UA spectrum Doppler and pregnancy outcome, so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and better improve the condition of mother and child.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）双胎活产； （2）分娩孕周≥28 周； （3）孕妇在妊娠 20 周前血常规、尿常规、血液生化（肝肾功能）、凝血功能检查结果均为阴性。 （4）孕妇在妊娠 20 周前血压阴性。

Inclusion criteria

1) Twin live birth; (2) gestational age ≥28 weeks; (3) The results of blood routine, urine routine, blood biochemistry (liver and kidney function) and coagulation function test were negative before 20 weeks of pregnancy. (4) The pregnant woman's blood pressure is negative before 20 weeks of pregnancy.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠合并慢性高血压、慢性高血压并发子痫前期； （2）流产、引产、减胎术后、突发胎死宫内、胎儿发育异常等； （3）单绒毛膜单羊膜囊双胎、联体胎儿、绒毛膜性不清者； （4）资料不完整者（如中途转入、多普勒超声等数据缺失）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnancy complicated with chronic hypertension, chronic hypertension complicated with preeclampsia; (2) abortion, induced labor, fetal reduction, sudden fetal death, intrauterine, fetal development abnormalities, etc.; (3) monochorionic monoamniotic sac twins, conjoined fetuses, chorionic ambiguity; (4) Incomplete data (such as mid-transfer, Doppler ultrasound and other data missing).
