研究目的：

（1）探讨宫颈注射不同剂量肾上腺素对于全麻下行LEEP手术患者循环系统的影响； （2）评价宫颈注射不同剂量肾上腺素后对LEEP手术术中止血效果的影响.  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Exploring the effects of different doses of adrenaline injected into the cervix on the circulatory system of patients undergoing loop Electrical Excision procedure under general anesthesia; (2) Evaluate the impact of different doses of adrenaline injected into the cervix on the hemostatic effect during loop Electrical Excision procedure .

纳入标准：

1: 择期行LEEP手术 2: 年龄18-70岁 3: BMI 18~32kg/m2 4: ASAI-Ⅱ级

Inclusion criteria

1: scheduled for LEEP surgery 2: 18-70 years old 3: BMI 18~32kg/m2 4: ASAI-Ⅱ

排除标准：

1: 本研究使用的任何药物禁忌症 2: 心血管系统疾病 3: 神经系统疾病 4: 术前无法进行语言交流 5: 长期使用精神药物或阿片类药物 6: 任何其他不适合本研究的条件 7: 拒绝参与本研究 8: 正在参与其他临床试验的

Exclusion criteria：

1: with contraindication to any drugs used in this study 2: cardiovascular system diseases 3: neurological disease 4: unable to communicate before surgery 5: long-term use of psychotropic drugs or opioids 6: any other conditions that were not appropriate for this study 7: refused to participate in this study 8: involved in other clinical trials
