研究目的：

本研究旨在编制适合我国文化及国情的口腔衰弱量表，并能够用于口腔衰弱高风险人群的快速识别，提高国民口腔健康水平，以期实现国家在《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》中明确提出 “加强口腔卫生工作”，期望在2025年65～74岁老年人全口能存留牙数达24颗的目标。同时，识别口腔衰弱的影响因素，以便进行口腔卫生维持、功能保健等保持口腔健康，尽可能延缓其发生，促进健康老龄化。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to develop an oral fraility scale suitable for China's culture and national conditions, which can be used to quickly identify high-risk groups of oral fraility, and improve the oral health level of the people, with a view to realizing the "strengthening oral health work" clearly proposed in the outline of "Healthy China 2030" plan. It is expected that by 2025, the total number of teeth in the entire mouth of 65-74 year old people will reach 24. At the same time, identify the factors affecting oral weakness in order to maintain oral health, functional health care and so on, delay its occurrence as much as possible, and promote healthy aging.

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60周岁； ②意识清楚，与调查人员沟通无障碍； ③知情并同意本调查。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥60 years old; ② Clear awareness and barrier-free communication with investigators; ③ Informed and consented to this investigation.

排除标准：

①存在其它严重疾病、精神异常者； ②存在严重听力、言语、理解障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

① There are other serious diseases, mental abnormalities; ② There are severe hearing, speech, understanding disorders.

采取随机整群抽样的方法首先选取河北省唐山市市区内的全部二级及以上医院（其中三级 8 所，二级8 所），分别随机抽取一所三级医院、一所二级医院，然后选取这两所医院所有直属社区卫生服务中心或服务站所管辖区内所有居民中的老年人作为研究对象。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The method of random cluster sampling was used to select all the secondary and above hospitals in Tangshan City, Hebei Province (including 8 tertiary hospitals and 8 secondary hospitals), randomly select one tertiary hospital and one secondary hospital respectively, and then select all the elderly residents in the community health service centers or service stations directly under the two hospitals as the study objects.
