Inclusion criteria

All patients used esmolol or landiolol from 2016.6-2022.12

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁 2.同时使用其他β受体阻断剂 3.无病案首页数据 4.无心率数据 5.无药物开始使用时间

Exclusion criteria：

1.age less than 18 years 2.used other β-blockers simultaneously 3.missing face sheet 4.missing heart rate data 5.missing drug starting time
