研究目的：

探索远程监督下运动训练对盆底功能障碍症状的改善程度、盆底肌群功能的变化，以及腰痛、骨盆带疼痛、生活质量和运动训练依从性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of telerehabilitation via APP-supervised exercise intervention on in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and related musculoskeletal problems remote core stable training (CST) combined with stretching training on pain intensity, physical function, quality of life and psychological factors in patients with NCLBP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 产后6周至3月内女性受试者 2. 有过1次或多次无意识的漏尿症状 3. 有康复的主观意愿 4. 能独立签署知情同意书 5. 能够使用远程康复诊疗系统

Inclusion criteria

1. Female participants from 6 weeks to 3 months postpartum 2. More than one episode of involuntary urine leakage 3. Have subject will to participant rehabilitation program 4. Be able to independently sign informed consent forms 5. Be able to use the telerehabilitation system

排除标准：

1. 妊娠 2. 最近6个月内接受过盆腔或腹部手术 3. 置入心脏起搏器 4. 神经系统异常 5. 泌尿系统感染、生殖道炎症 6. 患有先天性心脏病、肺动脉高压、狼疮、慢性咳嗽、哮喘等内科疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy 2. Have had pelvic or abdominal surgery within the last 6 months 3. Have been inserted a pacemaker 4. Neurologic abnormalities 5. Urinary tract infections, inflammation of the genital tract 6. Suffer from congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, lupus, chronic cough, asthma and other medical diseases
