研究目的：

（1）明确CD27hi p75NTR+ B细胞是EBV感染诱导MS的致病性细胞亚群； （2）阐明EBV感染激活胆固醇代谢，促进CD27hi p75NTR+ B细胞外泌体释放的调控机制； （3）建立MS的CD27hi p75NTR+ B细胞与临床指标的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) CD27hi p75NTR+ B cells were identified as a subgroup of pathogenic cells induced by EBV infection in MS; (2) To elucidate the regulatory mechanism of EBV infection that stimulates cholesterol metabolism and promotes the release of exosomes from CD27hi p75NTR+ B cells; (3) To establish the correlation between CD27hi p75NTR+ B cells of MS and clinical indicators.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)符合2017年McDonald成人MS诊断标准； 2)根据临床症状和检查诊断为中枢系统脱髓鞘疾病的患者； 3)根据临床症状和检查诊断为重症肌无力的患者； 4)治疗前3个月未服用免疫抑制剂或干扰素类药物； 5)EBV感染为阳性。

Inclusion criteria

1) Meet the 2017 McDonald adult MS diagnostic criteria; 2) Patients diagnosed with demyelinating diseases of the central system according to clinical symptoms and examinations; 3) Patients diagnosed with myasthenia gravis based on clinical symptoms and examination; 4) No immunosuppressants or interferon drugs were taken for 3 months before treatment; 5)EBV infection was positive.

排除标准：

1)其他自身免疫性疾病，如系统性红斑狼疮，强直性脊柱炎，自身免疫性肝炎，干燥综合征等； 2)肿瘤患者； 3)既往有脑梗死、脑出血、脑外伤史； 4)合并全身活动性感染； 5)合并抑郁症、狂躁症、精神分裂症等精神疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Other autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, autoimmune hepatitis, Sjogren's syndrome, etc.; 2) Tumor patients; 3) Previous history of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, and cerebral trauma; 4) combined with systemic active infection; 5) Depression, mania, schizophrenia and other mental disorders.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集通过病理记录表，主要包括多发性硬化患者性别、年龄、住院时间、首发症状、既往史、共患病、抗体检测、血常规、生化、治疗用药。数据管理主要通过中南大学湘雅二医院电子病例管理系统。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected through pathological records, including gender, age, length of hospital stay, first symptoms, past history, comorbidities, antibody detection, blood routine, biochemistry, and therapeutic drugs. Data management is mainly through the electronic case management system of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University.
