研究目的：

探索有创机械通气患者中，与喷射式雾化器相比，振动筛孔雾化器是否在触发和吸气做功方面具有优势。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether mesh nebulizers have advantages in triggering and work of breath compared with jet nebulizers in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄＞18 岁； （2）行雾化吸入治疗且安置食道压监测的有创机械通气患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Over 18 years of age. (2) Invasive mechanical ventilation patients who received aerosol inhalation therapy and esophageal pressure monitoring.

排除标准：

（1）食管梗阻、食管穿孔、严重食管静脉曲张出血、上消化道手术等无法置食道压导管； （2）胸廓畸形、膈疝、放置胸管； （3）严重心、肝、肾等脏器功能衰竭、血流动力学不稳定； （4）妊娠、肿瘤终末期； （5）凝血功能障碍（INR>1.5、APTT>44s）； （6）中枢性或外周性神经系统疾病或神经肌肉疾病； （7）姑息治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) esophageal obstruction, esophageal perforation, severe esophageal variceal bleeding, upper gastrointestinal surgery, etc.; (2) thoracic malformation, diaphragmatic hernia, placement of chest tube; (3) severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ failure, hemodynamic instability; (4) end stage of pregnancy and tumor; (5) coagulation dysfunction (INR > 1.5s, APTT > 44s). (6) central or peripheral nervous system diseases or neuromuscular diseases; (7) palliative treatment.
