研究目的：

建立颞下颌关节多模态图像配准模型，研究关节盘形态学改变对髁突骨质改建的影响，并通过三维有限元分析探究其机制。  

Objectives of Study：

A multimodal image registration model of the temporomandibular joint was created to investigate the effect of morphological changes in the articular disc on condylar bone remodeling, and the mechanism was explored by three-dimensional finite element analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄12-80岁，恒牙列；（2）具备至少两次颞下颌关节CBCT和MRI影像检查资料；（2）MRI影像包括张口位和闭口位

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 12-80 years old, permanent dentition; (2) Having at least two CBCT and MRI imaging examinations of the temporomandibular joint; (2) MRI images include open mouth and closed mouth positions

排除标准：

（1）患有颞下颌关节外伤、骨折、肿瘤、感染等；（2）可能累及颞下颌关节的全身系统性疾病（如风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等）；（3）MRI或CBCT图像不清晰。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from temporomandibular joint trauma, fractures, tumors, infections, etc; (2) Systemic diseases that may affect the temporomandibular joint (such as rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); (3) The MRI or CBCT images are not clear.
