探索冠脉多支病变患者运动自我效能轨迹变化及其特征，分析冠脉多支病变患者不同轨迹亚组不同阶段运动自我效能的预测因素，为医护人员结合轨迹变化实现动态精准护理干预提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the trajectory changes and characteristics of exercise self-efficacy in patients with multi-vessel coronary artery disease, and analyze the predictive factors of exercise self-efficacy in different trajectory subgroups at different stages of patients with multi-vessel coronary artery disease, so as to provide theoretical basis for medical staff to realize dynamic precise nursing intervention combined with trajectory changes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁，首次经冠脉造影检查提示为冠脉多支病变患者；心功能分级为Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级；意识清楚，具备基本读写能力；身体情况适合运动者；会使用智能手机者；知情同意，自愿参与本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥18 years old, the first coronary angiography indicated that the patient was a multi-vessel coronary artery disease; The cardiac function grade was Ⅰ or Ⅱ. Clear awareness, basic reading and writing skills; Physically fit for exercise; Smart phone users; Informed consent, voluntary participation in this researcher.

排除标准：

病情不稳定，不能配合完成调查者；言语或听力障碍者；合并精神疾病或认知障碍者；活动受限者。

Exclusion criteria：

Unstable condition, unable to cooperate with investigators; Speech or hearing impaired; People with mental illness or cognitive impairment; Persons with limited mobility.
