研究目的：

围绕正念改善抑郁个体执行功能的内在机制，有以下研究目标： （1） 正念的觉知和接纳成分分别与抑郁和执行功能的关系 （2） 执行功能的哪一种成分与正念和抑郁的关系最为紧密 （3） 正念如何通过执行功能的中介作用对抑郁产生影响  

Objectives of Study：

First: the relationships among depression, executive functions, and the component of mindfulness (awareness and acceptance). Second, which kind of executive functions is closed related to mindfulness and depression? Third, how mindfulness impacts depression through immediate mediation of executive function?

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

研究一被试：大一至大四学生，年龄在16-25岁之间 研究二被试：对研究一780名被试的抑郁程度进行排序，分别挑选抑郁程度最高和最低的50名被试。

Inclusion criteria

Study 1: age from 16-25, freshmen through seniors. Study 2: According to the score of depression, we rank 780 participants in Study 1 and select 60 participants scoring highest and lowest, respectively.

排除标准：

完成问卷时间低于5分钟或者对问卷中的探测题反应错误。

Exclusion criteria：

The participants who finished the questionnaires less than 5 minutes or had wrong response in the probing items will be excluded.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

问卷数据采集由本课题组成员通过网络问卷星平台进行发放，行为数据采集由本课题组成员在西南大学心理学行为实验室通过Eprime2.0进行采集；随后数据将会上传github保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Questionnaire data were collected by the members of the research group through the network questionnaire star platform, and behavioral data were collected by the members of the research group through Eprime2.0 in the behavioral Laboratory of Psychology, Southwest University. The data will then be uploaded to github for storage.
