研究目的：

本研究拟比较区域阻滞与全身麻醉下术后谵妄的发生率，并通过采集围术期相关炎症因子及神经化学标志物，探讨不同麻醉方式下相关炎症因子及神经损伤标志物的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare the incidence of postoperative delirium between regional block anesthesia and general anesthesia, and to explore the changes of inflammatory factors and neurochemical markers under different anesthesia methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥65岁； 2. 择期骨科手术； 3. ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅳ级； 4. 术前停用非甾体类药物≥1周； 5. 已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 65 years and older; 2. Scheduled for orthopedic surgery; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to IV; 4. Preoperative discontinuation of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for ≥ 1 week; 5. Informed consent has been signed.

排除标准：

1.严重精神类疾病无法接受神经心理测试者; 2.区域阻滞禁忌症者; 3.参与另一项临床试验者； 4.其他拒绝或无法接受神经心理测验的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients with severe mental illness; 2.Contraindications to regional block anesthesia; 3.Enrolled in another randomized clinical trial; 4.patients who refuse or are unable to undergo neuropsychological tests;
