研究目的：

1.研究不孕患者与健康女性阴道菌群构成特点，筛选不孕患者阴道中的主要菌群和差异性代谢产物。 2.16S rRNA测序与靶向代谢组学结果的拟合分析，筛选体外实验的目标菌群和差异代谢产物。 3.阴道微生物对IVF结局影响的机制研究, 为临床上IVF治疗寻找可靠的，能预测其结局的生物学标志。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Study on the composition characteristics of vaginal flora in infertile patients and healthy women, and screen the main flora and differential metabolites in the vagina of infertile patients. 2.16S rRNA sequencing and fitting analysis of targeted metabolomics results to screen target flora and differential metabolites for in vitro experiments. 3. Study on the mechanism of the influence of vaginal microorganisms on IVF outcomes, and find reliable biological markers that can predict the outcome of IVF in clinical practice.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者入组前均需仔细阅读并签署知情同意书。促排方案为拮抗剂方案。近3个月来未在院外进行阴道病原菌和阴道微生态检查或治疗，无口服避孕药或使用含有避孕药成分的避孕工具者。近 1 周内未进行阴道塞药或阴道灌洗，近3天内未有同房史。近 1月内未使用任何抗生素。无家族遗传病史。

Inclusion criteria

Patients must carefully read and sign the informed consent form before enrollment. The ovulation promoting regimen is an antagonist regimen. In the past 3 months, there have been no tests or treatments for vaginal pathogens and vaginal microbiota outside the hospital, and no oral contraceptives or contraceptive devices containing contraceptive ingredients have been used. Have not undergone vaginal tamponade or vaginal lavage in the past week, and have not had any sexual intercourse history in the past 3 days. Have not used any antibiotics in the past month. No family genetic history.

排除标准：

生殖道畸形；糖尿病、高血压等基础疾病，阴道炎症、输卵管炎症等妇科疾病史和手术史。使用大量糖皮质激素、抗菌药物、免疫抑制剂者，或者患有 HIV 及其他免疫系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Genital malformations ;Diabetes, hypertension and other basic diseases, vaginitis, salpingitis and other gynecological diseases and surgical history. Individuals who use a large amount of glucocorticoids, antibiotics, immunosuppressants, or those with HIV and other immune system diseases
