研究目的：

1、明确完成新辅助放化疗+根治性手术后的患者术后辅助化疗的有效性 2、明确完成新辅助放化疗+根治性手术后的患者术后适宜的化疗方案（氟尿嘧啶类单药 or 奥沙利铂+氟尿嘧啶类药物联合）  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the effectiveness of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for patients who have completed neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery 2. Clarify the appropriate postoperative chemotherapy regimen for patients who have completed neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery (fluorouracil monotherapy or combination of oxaliplatin and fluorouracil drugs)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）2016-1至2019-12 直肠癌完成新辅助放化疗及根治性手术患者 2）手术后随访时间大于3个月 3）年龄≥18岁且≤75岁

Inclusion criteria

1: Patients with rectal cancer who have completed neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery from January 2016 to December 2019 2: Postoperative follow-up time more 3: Age ≥ 18 years and ≤ 75 years old

排除标准：

1） 手术前完成全程新辅助放化疗 2） 放疗前进行了诱导化疗 3） 新辅助放疗为短程放疗 4） 手术后出现不能进行辅助化疗的手术并发症 5） 术后辅助化疗开始时间晚于手术后6周 6） 手术前3年内罹患其他恶性肿瘤者（甲状腺癌及皮肤基底细胞癌除外） 7） 同时性多原发结直肠癌

Exclusion criteria：

1: Complete the entire process of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy before surgery 2: Induction chemotherapy was performed before radiotherapy 3: New adjuvant radiotherapy is short-range radiotherapy 4: Surgical complications that cannot be treated with adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery 5: Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy starts later than 6 weeks after surgery 6: Individuals who have developed other malignant tumors within 3 years prior to surgery (excluding thyroid cancer and basal cell carcinoma of the skin 7: Simultaneous multiple primary colorectal cancer
