比较结直肠黏液腺癌与非黏液腺癌的临床病理特征及预后差异  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinicopathological features and prognostic differences between colorectal mucinous and non-mucinous adenocarcinoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1） 病理学诊断明确的结直肠腺癌或者黏液腺癌； 2） 接受根治性手术切除（R0切除）；

Inclusion criteria

1) Colorectal adenocarcinoma or mucinous adenocarcinoma with definite pathological diagnosis; 2) Underwent radical surgical resection (R0 resection);

排除标准：

除非黏液性腺癌(细胞外黏液占肿瘤体积的5%以下)、含黏液成分的腺癌(细胞外黏液占肿瘤体积的5%以上50%以下)、黏液性腺癌(细胞外黏液占肿瘤体积的50%以上)以外的其他病理类型的结直肠癌;多原发癌;恶性肿瘤病史;遗传性结直肠癌。

Exclusion criteria：

Other pathological types of coloractal cancer other than non-mucinous adenocarcinoma (extracellular mucus accounting for less than 5% of the tumor volume), adenocarcinoma with mucinous component (extracellular mucus accounting for more than 5% and less than 50% of the tumor volume), and mucinous adenocarcinoma (extracellular mucus accounting for 50% and more of the tumor volume); multiple primary cancers; history of malignancy; Hereditary colorectal cancer.
