研究目的：

1.主要目的 探究骨盆冠状面倾斜角度与股骨头髋臼覆盖率及CE角的关系，明确其间的相关性。 2.次要目的 将骨盆冠状倾斜程度的影响结合入髋关节发育影像学评价，改善在髋臼发育不良病例中对髋臼的定位及X线评价。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main Objective Explore the relationship between the coronal inclination angle of the pelvis and the coverage rate of the femoral head and acetabulum, as well as the LCEA, and clarify the correlation between them. 2.Secondary Objective Integrating the influence of pelvic coronal tilt into hip joint development imaging evaluation to improve the localization and X-ray evaluation of the acetabulum in cases of acetabular dysplasia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄20-55岁者；②既往无脊柱、双下肢外伤及骨折病史，无脊柱、髋、膝、踝等部位的疾病或不适；③病患均自愿参加本研究，阅读并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Individuals aged 20-55; ② There is no previous history of spinal or lower limb injuries or fractures, and there is no disease or discomfort in the spine, hip, knee, ankle, or other parts; ③ All patients voluntarily participated in this study, read and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①不符合入选标准者；②骨骼发育异常者；③脊柱、双下肢既往骨手术后的患者；④全身情况差，心、肺、脑、肾等重要器官功能及造血功能严重受损者；⑤残障人士或有精神及神经疾患无法配合者；⑥近期曾接受放疗、化疗、免疫抑制剂及抗凝剂治疗的患者；⑦妊娠和哺乳期妇女； ⑧其他原因对放射性检查不能耐受或风险极高者；⑨正在参加其它临床研究项目的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who do not meet the selection criteria; ② Individuals with abnormal skeletal development; ③ Patients who have undergone previous bone surgery on the spine and lower limbs; ④ Individuals with poor overall condition and severe damage to the functions of important organs such as the heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, and hematopoietic function; ⑤ Individuals with disabilities or mental and neurological disorders who are unable to cooperate; ⑥ Patients who have recently received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunosuppressive therapy, and anticoagulant therapy; ⑦ Pregnant and lactating women; ⑧ Individuals who are unable to tolerate or have a high risk of radiation testing due to other reasons; ⑨ Patients who are participating in other clinical research projects.

使用塑料足垫作为干预方式，约为10*5*1cm的长方体，共5片，创建骨盆倾斜。本研究采用站立位骨盆正位X线平片作为评估方式，通过改变单侧使用的足垫数量作为干预方式来改变骨盆冠状位倾斜角度，从而获得相应的股骨头髋臼覆盖率及CE角数值。

Intervention：

Pelvic tilt is created by using rectangular plastic insoles of approximately 10 * 5 * 1cm, consisting of 5 pieces. This study used standing pelvic X-ray plain film as the evaluation method, and changed the number of foot pads used on one side as the intervention method to change the coronal tilt angle of the pelvis, in order to obtain the corresponding femoral head acetabular coverage and LCEA values.
