研究基于黄芪汤所制中药膏膜对卒中后气虚型便秘患者的临床疗效观察  

Objectives of Study：

Clinical study on the effect and safety of Oil Massage of Huangqi Decotion for constipation in patients with qi deficiency after cerebral stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

：(1) 年龄在30~80岁之间，性别不限；(2)符合上述便秘诊断；(3) 无其他急性疾病病情不稳定；(4)意识清楚，一般情况良好，能配合检查及治疗；(5) 病人及家属知情同意接受本临床试验，自愿参与研究签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Between the ages of 30 and 80, regardless of gender; (2) Conforming to the above diagnosis of constipation; (3) No other acute diseases, unstable condition; (4) Clear awareness, generally in good condition, able to cooperate with examinations and treatment; (5) The patient and their family members have informed consent to participate in this clinical trial and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

(l)年龄<30岁，或>80岁；(2) 心脑血管疾病急性期或不稳定者；(3)既往有结肠、直肠器质性病变者；(4) 对针刺过敏或不耐受者；(5) 妊娠或哺乳期妇女；(6) 有严重出血性疾病者；(7)生命体征不平稳；(8)由于经济或距离远等原因不能坚持治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(l) Age<30 years old, or>80 years old; (2) Patients with acute or unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (3) Individuals with previous organic lesions of the colon and rectum; (4) Individuals who are allergic or intolerant to acupuncture; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Individuals with severe hemorrhagic diseases; (7) Unstable vital signs; (8) Those who cannot persist in treatment due to economic or distance reasons.
